1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WONDRIDE CARS services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Eligibility

• Minimum age of 21 years with a valid driving license
• Must have held a license for at least 1 year
• Valid government-issued photo ID required
• Credit card in renter's name for security deposit

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Subject to vehicle availability. Confirmation via email or SMS.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• 50% refund for cancellations between 12–24 hours before pickup
• No refund within 12 hours of pickup

4. Customer Responsibilities, Policies & Compliance

1. Outstation Charges: FASTag, state taxes, and parking fees borne by customer.
2. Car Spare Part Replacement: Unauthorized changes incur penalty of ₹20,000 plus replacement cost.
3. Unauthorized Activities: Carrying illegal substances incurs ₹50,000 penalty and legal action.
4. Tampering with Tracking Devices: ₹20,000 penalty + legal consequences.
5. Speed Limit: 110 km/hr allowed; 60 km/hr in some cities as per government directives.
6. Vehicle Return: Must return in same condition; cleaning charges up to ₹1,000 may apply.
7. Vehicle Collection: Customer must inspect vehicle before usage; booking starts once keys are handed over.
8. Accidents: User liable for negligence; FIR/NOC required; license retained temporarily for insurance claim.
9. Aadhaar Authorization: User consents to secure collection, storage, and authentication against UIDAI database.

5. Vehicle Usage

• For lawful purposes only
• No smoking, alcohol, or eating inside
• Respect vehicle occupancy limits
• No unauthorized modifications
• Return in same condition as received

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless stated. Refundable security deposit required. Refund within 7–10 business days (after deductions for damages or violations).

7. Insurance and Liability

• All vehicles covered by comprehensive insurance
• Renter responsible for first ₹5,000 of any claim
• Not liable for personal belongings left in vehicle
• Renter responsible for traffic fines and penalties

8. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized commercial use
• Subletting or transferring rental
• Racing or rallying
• Driving under influence
• Taking vehicles outside approved areas

9. Data Protection

We collect and process information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

WONDRIDE CARS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or goodwill.
