Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. Refunds are issued under the conditions below.

2. Cancellation and Refund Schedule

  • 24+ hrs before pickup: 100% refund
  • 12–24 hrs: 50% refund
  • 6–12 hrs: 25% refund
  • Less than 6 hrs: No refund

3. Security Deposit Refund

Refund within 7–10 business days if conditions are met:

  • Vehicle returned in same condition
  • No excessive damage
  • Fuel at same level (or charges paid)
  • No traffic fines
  • Returned on time

4. Deductions from Deposit

  • Damage repairs (based on garage estimate)
  • Cleaning: ₹500–₹2,000
  • Fuel: actual + ₹200 service fee
  • Late return: ₹200/hr (up to 3 hrs), then daily rates
  • Traffic fines + ₹500 admin fee
  • Lost/damaged accessories: replacement + handling

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Cancellations < 6 hrs before pickup
  • No-shows
  • Violation of rental terms
  • Accident due to negligence
  • Illegal usage of vehicle

6. Emergency Situations

Refunds may be considered in special cases with proof:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Flight cancellations

7. Refund Processing

Refunds processed in 5–7 business days (plus 2–5 days bank time). Amount credited to original payment method.

8. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide Booking ID
  • Reason with proof (if applicable)
  • Payment details

9. Dispute Resolution

If unsatisfied, escalate within 15 days. Disputes handled fairly under Indian consumer laws.
